Our Return Promise
At Prexalonothex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade gift making supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.
Return Period
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Eligible Items for Return
The following items are eligible for return:
- Unopened paper packs and cardstock
- Unused crafting tools in original packaging
- Sealed adhesive products
- Complete crafting kits with all components
- Embellishments and embossing folders in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene or the nature of the product:
- Opened or used paper products
- Opened adhesives, glues, or inks
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items showing signs of use or damage
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team with your order number
- Describe the reason for your return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Ship the items to our return address
Return Shipping
For returns due to defects or errors on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- We will notify you via email about the status of your return
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your crafting supplies arrive damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- No return shipping required for damaged items
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.
